Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at The Art of Home - Jacquelynne Steves. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment processing may be delayed by a few days. Once the shipment leaves our offices we do not have control over shipment times - and shipping times may be delayed due to weather volume, or other reasons.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We utilize USPS and UPS for our shipments, and ship via the most economical means possible that includes tracking of the package.
If our software has overcharged you for shipping or if we can combine separate orders to save you on shipping we will issue you a partial refund on shipping as applicable.
With the shipping methods we typically use, shipments are expected to take 3-5 days for domestic orders, and 5-10 days for international orders.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages or Loss
The Art of Home is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us and we can help in filing a claim and replacing your product.
Items shown as "delivered" but missing from your mailbox may not be eligible for claims - please contact us and we'll see if we can help in replacing your order.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
